Hi Arliss, yes finally it has sold. I am please but sadly it sold for so much less than had it sold last year (2015). Thank you so much for your services, wish I would have thought of using you much earlier than having the house empty. The furniture was setup perfect and tastefully made the house feel like a home. I was recommended to have a stager come into my condo prior to listing it by my realtor. The Transformation in my home was astonishing. Arliss set a time to do a walk through and recommended what I need to move and pack up before coming in and turning my condo into a show suite.
